What can be returned
Unopened products in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, tools and fragrances cannot be returned

Bring the product and your order confirmation to MS Beauty Montreal. Refunds go back to the original payment method

Contact us for a prepaid label. A $9 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged or wrong

Email us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right at no cost
